Tony started his career in the entertainment world co-producing short films, commercials, music videos and has an extensive background in fashion photography. After being involved with fashion, film and entertainment from 2002-2006.
Tony Peniche created his first clothing line in 2007 and changed his public name to Tony Dimitri. His edgy men’s designs and eye for all things pop culture helped launch him to one of Portland’s most recognizable designer names. After working in NY 2008 with Jose Solis and Bill Blass New York, he premiered the controversial brand Killing Beverly after blaming LA for the corruption of his sister (Celebrity Rehab star) Kari Ann Peniche.
In spring 2010 Tony Dimitri was one of 12 Portland ‘fashion delegates’ invited to China in the development of strong and highly profitable relationships between the design abilities of Portland and large manufacturing/distribution channels of China. Upon his return to the states, Tony and his sister began to receive offers from networks and many producers for a reality show based around fashion and all things pop culture. During this development stage of a new reality show Tony implemented his knowledge of film and television production and in June 2010 co-founded the progressive production company HNH (Human Not Hollywood) while simultaneously helping develop the reality show Half/In. The designer/producer as of present (10/19/10) is currently in production of three highly sought-after reality shows and two very promising feature films.
